There is nothing like the aroma of our Smoked Berkshire Bacon sizzling in the skillet. We hand rub these meaty Berkshire belly with spices from an old family recipe. Then we slowly smoked using an old English method of smoking meats with natural hard wood. The smoked aroma lingers on the roof of your mouth after you have swallowed a bite of the bacon. The flavor is all bacon, not salt, you will never find yourself guzzling gallons of water to wash out the salty taste........ (2 X 1 lb package)
