How do you package the meat to make sure it stays frozen?
All meat is cut, vacuum sealed, and quick frozen to lock in freshness. When it is shipped it is sent in a cooler lined with styrofoam, and ice packs. It is then shipped overnight to ensure quality ... Please keep the product refrigerate upon arrival.
What if I am not home when my order arrives? We will try to ship the meat when it would be convienent for you to be home (Saturday delivery has an extra $10 charge). If you are not home when the meat arrives, Shipper will leave the meat at your doorstep.

What if there is a problem with my order?
